Delimited by the calm waters of the Mesić canal to the East and the endless fields of Pavliš to the West, this area is the only one in which the charm of the vibrant Vršac is mixed with the peace of the rural Pavliš

The most livable area in the project is the city center. This area collected the biggest number of questionnaires. It includes a variety of commercial, residential and agricultural areas.
